A Step-by-step Guide on How to Place an Order on boell.de

Placing an order on boell.de is simple and easy.

STEP 1:

Place an article in your shopping basket

You can put publications you would like to order into your shopping basket by either marking them on the overview or the detailed view page. To do this, click on the “order” button, after which, on the top right of the page, your basket will be displayed, showing the publications you have selected.

Please make sure that your web browser is enabled to accept cookies. A click on “view basket” will display your shopping basket in which you will find all the publications you have selected. Here you may increase the number of titles you would like to order (to a max. of 9) and recalculate the cost. Publications you do not want to order may be deleted. From here, you can either return to the article page or, by clicking on “place more orders”, continue to browse our products. Once you are done with your selection, click on the “check out” button.



If no “check out” button is being displayed, this means the publication is out of stock. In such cases we offer you, if available, a PDF version of the document for download.



STEP 2:

Your Address

In order to process your order, we do need some personal information about you. The boxes marked with an asterisk (surname, first name, institution, street, house no., postcode, city, and e-mail) have to be filled in – otherwise we will be unable to process your order. Once you have completed the form, a click on “continue” will display the Heinrich Böll Foundation’s general terms and conditions.



STEP 3:

Read and accept the general terms and conditions

Please pay attention to our terms and conditions. We can only accept orders, if you have accepted our terms and conditions. To accept, mark the box at the top or bottom of the page.



STEP 4:

Check you order

Before submitting you order, please check whether the information you have provided is correct.

In case you would like to make changes, click the “back” button. Once everything is according to your wishes, click the button “place order”.

If your order has been successfully submitted, a brief confirmation of your order will be displayed. In addition, we will send a conformation of your order to the e-mail address you have submitted.
