Reports by the Zimbabwe Election Support Network

March 28, 2008
The Zimbabwe Election Support Network (ZESN) observes the run-up to the elections on March 29, 2008. Pre-election observation is critical for the promotion of free and fair elections as it demonstrates whether the playing field is even or uneven. Systematic observation is able to ascertain manipulation and inequalities. ZESN has deployed 210 trained long-term observers in all of the country’s constituencies to observe electoral related activities.
