The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of the Foundation. It is composed of 49 members and meets every six months in Berlin (see also § 6 of the statutes).
Who are the people who contribute their knowledge and experience to the Heinrich Böll Foundation? Who speaks Russian, who works on justice and tolerance, researches Hannah Arendt, gives information on gender democracy in Braunschweig, can answer questions on linguistic and cultural plurality in primary schools?
