Call for change-makers
Do you have the solution for an urgent issue, an idea that could change the world?
Pitch your green innovation to an international jury of successful startups, experts, and venture capitalists, and win an inspiring trip to the US.
How to participate:
Send us 1-2 pages about your green innovation by October 15th. Tell us why your idea will be successful and what stage of development it’s in (it can be the early stage).
How to submit:
Send a word or PDF document to pitchcontest@boell.de by October 15th at the latest (early submissions are appreciated).
The Pitch Contest
The final pitch contest takes place on October 31st during the conference "Zukunft Transatlantica - Entrepreneurs für grüne Innovation" (the transatlantic future: Entrepreneurs for green innovation), about green startups and sustainable innovation.
All finalists will recieve a personal pitch training with a professional coach. The pitch training is on October 30th during the first day of the conference.
The prize
A five-day trip to the US to visit startups, entrepreneurs, or a conference. The Heinrich Böll Foundation covers travel costs and conference fees (up to 3,000 euros) and helps with travel and network-building.
