Dossier23rd Annual Foreign Policy Conference
Security in the Twilight Zone - Regional, Transatlantic and Global Perspectives on the War in Eastern Europe
Russia's war against Ukraine has far-reaching consequences for the global security architecture. As a consequence of Moscow's enduring aggressive policies, the security of the whole region from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea is seen as fragile and uncertain. How Germany, the EU and the transatlantic community can address these challenges, will be the topic of our 23rd Foreign Policy Conference. The conference will focus on the question on how Berlin and its partners can improve the security in the "twilight zone" between NATO and Russia.
