Alba Cela is the Executive Director of the Albanian Institute for International Studies (AIIS), an independent think tank based in Tirana. She also serves as an editor of the AIIS academic quarterly: The Tirana Observatory. Alba Cela is a member of the WB Strategy Group of the Heinrich Boell Foundation.
