Aljoscha Albrecht is Senior Programme Officer for North Africa since November 2024. From 2020 to 2024, he worked in the Africa and Middle East Divison at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP). Prior to that, he worked for the German Africa Foundation (DAS). He holds an MSc in Middle East Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and has also studied in Berlin, Rabat and Tunis.
