Arsen Kharatyan is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Armenian-Georgian media platform Aliq Media and the Russian language Lava Media based in Armenia. Kharatyan worked at the Voice of America in Washington, DC (2009-2014) and at the independent TV station A1+ in 2001.
