Nour El Houda Jouini is a Tunisian architect and lecturer. She holds a PhD in architecture and works as a researcher, focusing on sustainable urban development and architectural design. Her research covers topics such as adaptation to the desert climate in the Nafta region of Tunisia.

She teaches at the Ecole Nationale d'Architecture et d'Urbanisme (ENAU) in Tunis and is actively involved in urban development initiatives.
