Vandita Morarka is a queer activist, social entrepreneur, and human rights lawyer with over 10 years of experience in research, narrative-shifting, and direct action against sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV). As the Founder and CEO of One Future Collective, Vandita has directly supported 15,000+ women and queer survivors of violence, nurtured over 50,000 women and queer feminist leaders and reached more than 2.5 million people globally. She has written extensively about trauma-informed, survivor-centric support to survivors of SGBV and sexual violence in the workplace.
