Alé Badara Sy is a Senegalese urban planner and territorial development expert. Since May 2024, he has served as Technical Advisor on Urban Planning and Spatial Development to the Prime Minister of Senegal. His work focuses on sustainable urban development, urban resilience, affordable housing, green city planning, and environmental governance, with extensive experience across public institutions and international organizations including UN-Habitat, GGGI, APIX, Egis, and the Rockefeller Foundation.
