Alioune Thiam is a Senegalese transport and mobility expert and former Director General of the Executive Council for Sustainable Urban Transport (CETUD). He played a key role in shaping Dakar’s urban transport system, including the renewal of public transport fleets and the modernization of urban mobility infrastructure. His work has contributed significantly to advancing sustainable and integrated transport solutions in Senegal.
