Anas Ansar is an Assistant Professor of Political Science and Sociology at North South University, Bangladesh. He completed his bachelor in International Poltiics from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and earned his PhD in Development Studies from the University of Bonn, Germany. His research focuses on migration, diaspora, borderland and identity politics with a particular fous on their digital manifestations. In his current research, Anas investigates youth resistance against authoritarianism and the intersections of mobility, power, and political transformation in contemporary Asian societies, contributing to debates on governance, democracy, and social change.
