Anda – Ilona Serban is the Coordinator of ICAN Romania and one of the Coordinators of Ban All Nukes Generation. Prior to launching the Campaign in Romania, in 2012, she worked with the UN Youth Association of Romania, a partner organisation of ICAN. She is a graduate in Political Science, Sociology, Security Studies and Project Management.
