Andreas Bühler has been civil servant in the state of Baden-Württemberg, Germany, since 2014. Since 2020 he has been seconded as Deputy Observer of the German Länder at the EU. From 2007 to 2014, he was assistant to an Member of the European Parliament. He studied speech training and European administrative management.
