Audrey Changoe works as a Senior Programme officer in the Latin America department since July 2017 and is mainly responsible for the Foundation's Brazil and Southern Cone programme in the region. Before joining HBS, Audrey worked in Central America from 2010 to 2016, particularly Guatemala and Mexico, where she managed regional programmes focused on gender rights, protection of human rights defenders as well as indigenous people’s rights to land and natural resources. During this period, she worked closely with local human rights organizations, feminist organizations and social movements.
Audrey holds a Master's degree in International Development Studies with a specific focus on Latin America. Besides English, she is fluent in French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Dutch.
