Daniel Hegedüs is the Deputy Director of Institut für Europäische Politik. His research focuses on the decline of democracy and the rule of law in the European Union, the intersection between autocratisation and foreign policy, and the European and foreign policies of the Visegrad states. Daniel is the author of more than 80 academic and political articles and writes regularly for international media.
