Dr. Mohammed Masbah is founder and president of the Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA). He holds a PhD in Sociology from Mohammed V University in Rabat and a Master in Public Policy from King's College London. His work focuses on public policy, political reform, democracy, and political Islam, with particular emphasis on Morocco and North Africa. He combines academic research with policy-oriented analysis to produce evidence-based insights on governance, state–society relations, and institutional change in the MENA region.
