Dr. Riham Halaseh is head of the Democracy and Human Rights Program at the Heinrich Böll Foundation's office for Palestine and Jordan in Ramallah. She has been working in political development cooperation in Palestine and Jordan for many years and is an expert on democracy and women's rights issues.
