Eduardo Salazar Ortuño is a public interest environmental lawyer and adjunct professor in Administrative Law at the University of Murcia, Spain. He is a member of the Environmental Law Worldwide Alliance since 2001, and an expert on the Aarhus Convention, signed in 1998 at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe to empower citizens and NGOs to defence the environment using access to information, public participation and access to justice.
