Fabian Heppe has headed the Heinrich Böll Foundation’s office in Dakar since August 2021. Previously, he held various positions with the Foundation in Berlin and Tunis. He studied economics and political science with a focus on international relations in Germany and France and earned a dual master’s degree from European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) and Montpellier Business School. He is particularly motivated by working with civil society partners on issues of global justice.
