Helena studied International Business Administration with a focus on Finance & International Economics (FINE) at the Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). In 2017 she obtained her Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) with her thesis about "Economic solutions

to the problem of climate change".

In the department of International Politics at HBF she works mainly on projects in the field of infrastructure, investment and fiscal/debt policy.
