Since 2006 Hosea-Che Dutschke has been director of the department of Health and Care at the Municipality of Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark. As director Hosea is behind the concept and strategy ‘the Loving Municipality’. The concept is the answer to the many changes the welfare society is facing and seeks to challenge the traditional roles and positions of the welfare state. Hosea lives in Aarhus with his family. He is born in Germany and son of student leader and sociologist Rudi Dutschke.
