She completed her PhD in natural sciences at the University of Regensburg (2023) based on an ethnoecological doctoral thesis addressing the issue of wetland conservation in the Biebrza National Park from the perspective of changes in traditional farming, traditional ecological knowledge, and the impact of the Common Agricultural Policy.
For many years she has been working on a research project exploring the system of medicinal plant harvest from nature for the European phytopharmaceutical industry (Rottenburg University of Applied Forest Sciences).
Graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with an MSc in biology (2014).
Graduate and lecturer at the Polish School of Agroecology.
She provides educational workshops and lectures on ethnobotany, herbal medicine, conservation of agricultural landscapes, and biodiversity support in home gardens. She runs a small agroecological farm in Greater Poland, creating her dream garden there.
