Lovisa Claesson is an intern in the Digital Policy Division at the Heinrich Böll Foundation in the spring of 2026. She is also a master’s student in International Relations at the Hertie School in Berlin, specializing in international security. Previously, she studied European Studies in the Netherlands and France, where her focus was on the EU’s foreign and security policy. She is interested in the intersection of European digital policy, security, and feminism.
