Martin Voss is senior policy advisor on climate diplomacy and co-operation at Germanwatch, an independent development, environmental, and human rights organisation. Trained as a social scientist, with a focus on development economics, in Passau, Dalian and Marburg, he has a focus on EU-China relations as well as Germany’s role within the G7 and regarding the BRICS+ and ASEAN groups of nations.
