Minna Ålander is an Analyst at the Stockholm Centre for Eastern European Studies (SCEEUS) at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs. She is also an Associate Fellow at Chatham House Europe Programme and a Non-resident Fellow at CEPA Transatlantic Defense and Security programme.
