Nathaly Hernández Botina is an indigenous woman, mother, rural teacher, and feminist. Trained in psychology and visual arts at the undergraduate level, and with training in Latin American studies and intercultural studies at specialization and master's level. Member of the Feminist Dissident Collective Crepidula Fornicata and the Platform of Social Organisations, Victims and Human Rights Defenders-Nariño. She was part of the Ollas Comunitarias processes developed in the city of Pasto during the social unrest in Colombia/National Strike 2021. She is a rural teacher in the Southern Zone of the Department of Cauca.
