Marcos Robledo Hoecker is professor of foreign policy at the University of Chile. He served as Foreign Policy Advisor (2006-2010) and Undersecretary (Deputy Minister) of Defence (2014-2018) to former President Michelle Bachelet. He is author of books and papers on foreign policy, regional security, and civil military relations.
