Following different roles in other foundations and NGOs Rafael Klabisch has been employed at the Heinrich-Böll-Foundation since 2019. In his current role as a project officer in the Asia Department, he has a regional focus on China and Korea.His academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies and Economics from the University of Mannheim during which he also studied at the National Chengchi University, as well as a Master's degree in International Relations from Andrássy University.
