Suyheang Kry is a practitioner, mediator, and researcher, currently serving as the Executive Director of Women Peace Makers (WPM), where she has grown the organization from a grassroot beginning into a national hub for work on the intersection of gender and peace. Best known for her ability to bring diverse groups together around critical issues, she co-developed the participatory peace research methodology known as Facilitative Listening Design (FLD) and has been championing the inclusion of women, minorities, and marginalized groups as key stakeholders in decision-making, sustainable development, and feminist peacebuilding. 

Prior to joining WPM, Suyheang served as Deputy Director of the Anlong Veng Peace Center, conducted peace training and research to support the Myanmar peace process with the Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies, and held outreach roles in transitional justice work with the Documentation Center of Cambodia. Heang is an affiliate of Global Peace and Security of Monash University, an Asia Foundation Development Fellow, a Salzburg Global Fellow, and an Asia Society Fellow.
