Victor da Silva Souza grew up in Brazil and studied politics (B.A.) and interdisciplinary Latin America studies (M.A.) at the Freie Universität in Berlin. During his studies he gathered experience in the area of German international cooperation, and he now works as a project officer in the Latin America Division of the Heinrich Böll Foundation, with a focus on Brazil and Kolumbia.
