Zorana Antonijević holds a Ph.D. in Gender Studies from the University of Novi Sad and has 20 years of experience in women's empowerment programming, social inclusion, and gender mainstreaming. She has worked across various sectors and social contexts, including government institutions, the private sector, and civil society. Her expertise encompasses policy analysis from a gender perspective and gender inclusion in development and security programs.

She is listed as a gender expert for UN Women (Gender Mainstreaming and EU Accession; Gender Responsive Budgeting), the European Institute for Gender Equality (gender mainstreaming), OSCE/ODIHR (gender and politics), and the Folke Bernadotte Academy in Sweden (gender and security). She is a guest lecturer on Gender and Security in the Master’s program in International Security, Peace, and Development.

Zorana is active in the women’s movement in the Western Balkan region and is the owner and director of the consultancy firm PolicySolutions.
