Tigran Grigoryan is a political analyst based in Armenia. He holds an MA degree in Conflict, Governance, and International Development from the University of East Anglia. Mr. Grigoryan is the co-founder and the head of ''Regional Centre for Democracy and Security'' – a newly-established think tank that focuses on the study of the nexus between democracy and security in the Armenian context as well as the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict and Russia's foreign policy in the region.
