Constanze is a post-doctoral researcher at the Leipzig section of the Research Institute Social Cohesion (RISC). Her work focuses on (trans-)national approaches to social cohesion in Southern Africa. She is especially interested in the transnational linkages and exchanges between political parties as well as social movements in Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe. Prior to joining RISC in 2020, Constanze has worked for several years for NGOs in the field of development cooperation in Germany as well as in Mozambique.
