Insect Atlas 2020
Insects are a fundamental part of the basis of life in our world. The extent of insect mortality in Germany, Europe, and worldwide is therefore dramatic.
The Insect Atlas explains why industrial agriculture in particular poses such a massive threat to insect habitats, what possible solutions there are, and many other fascinating aspects. It provides data and facts about beneficial insects and pests in agriculture, criticizes the hesitant approach of politicians, and identifies the urgent steps that need to be taken to protect insects, particularly in view of the 15th World Conservation Conference in China and Germany's presidency of the Council of the European Union next year.
