Dr Sui Khar is Joint Secretary-General (II) of the Chin National Front (CNF). He is Chief Negotiator for bilateral agreements between the CNF and the government. He was the last Secretary-General of the Ethnic Nationalities Council (ENC). The ENC is composed of representatives from ethnic armed groups and civil society based in ethnic states. It was dissolved in early 2014 after the National Ceasefire Coordination Team (NCCT) was established. He is one of the experts in the UN System of Indigenous Peoples.
