
Franziska Busse is Head of Digital Policy at Heinrich Böll Foundation since August 2024. She previously worked at iRights.Lab as a research assistant for the Centre for Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence (ZVKI). Among other things, she was responsible for informing citizens and experts about aspects of trustworthy AI - from questions of transparency and AI-mediated discrimination to the sustainability of AI models.
As head of political media education at kijufi e.V., she also led numerous educational formats, for example on strategies against disinformation, data protection and digital violence. Franziska Busse studied Media Communication at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg and Political Communication at the Freie Universität Berlin.
