Dr. Heike Löschmann is the director of the Phnom Penh Office of the Heinrich Böll Foundation. Before she was office director in Tunis. Previously she was Head of the International Politics Department and was responsible for the thematic axes of global economic policy, with a special focus on the Group of 20 (G20) as well as the work on commons and other forms of sustainable economic development in the interest of the common good.

For many years she was office director for the foundation at different locations in Southeast Asia and headed the Asia department at the Berlin headquarters.
