Jenny García Ruales is an Amazonian anthropologist and research coordinator for the ‘Amazon of Rights’ project, a collaboration between University of Erfurt, RIFS Potsdam, and La Trobe in Australia. She is an associate fellow of the Max Planck Research Group ‘Environmental Rights in Cultural Context’ at Max Planck Institute for Social Anthropology in Halle (Saale), and a doctoral candidate at Philipps University Marburg, and former doctoral fellow from the Heinrich Boell Foundation.
