Remy Zahiga is a young Congolese climate and social justice activist and peace ambassador who has made it his mission to try and save the Congo Basin rainforest. Active in youth groups, he is raising awareness and aspires for a world without nukes, and advocating for climate justice globally.

He also advocates for the protection of the rights of Indigenous peoples, such as the Bambuthi people who live in the forest and who are being driven from their ancestral land.
