COP 24: Climate conference in Katowice
The 24th Conference of the Parties (COP 24) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) will take place from December 2 to 14 in Katowice, Poland. It is the third “Polish” COP in the last 10 years. The conference is intended to establish the rules according to which the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement will be implemented in order to limit global warming to a maximum of 1.5°C.
