Manoela Vianna is a journalist with a master's degree in Social Policy from the London School of Economics. She is the communication coordinator for the Heinrich Böll Foundation in Brazil and responsible for managing the institution's digital rights projects. Manoela graduated in journalism at PUC-Rio, has a post-graduate degree in organizational communication from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) and worked for example at the C&A Foundation team or KOINONIA.
